ClassicJade is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and related services to you.

By visiting our website, browsing our products, placing an order, or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any other policies referenced on this website.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use our Services.

To browse our store, place an order, make an enquiry, or create an account, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, contact number, billing details, payment information, and shipping address.

You agree that all information provided to us is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may not transfer, sell, assign, or allow another person to use your account without our permission.

Section 2: Our Products

We make every effort to present our jade pieces and jewellery as accurately as possible. However, due to screen settings, lighting, photography conditions, and the natural characteristics of jadeite, product colours, translucency, tone, texture, and appearance may vary slightly from what is shown online.

Each jadeite piece is naturally unique. Variations in colour, pattern, clarity, carving, inclusions, and natural markings are part of the character of jade and should not be treated as defects unless expressly stated otherwise.

Product descriptions, photos, prices, availability, and specifications may be updated or changed at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities, or refuse sales where necessary.

Section 3: Orders

When you place an order with ClassicJade, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product at the stated price.

Your order is only accepted once we have confirmed and processed your order. We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or amend an order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

  • The product is unavailable or out of stock

  • There is an error in product information or pricing

  • Payment cannot be processed

  • Delivery information is incomplete or incorrect

  • We suspect fraudulent, unauthorised, or resale activity

Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. Once an order has been accepted, we may not be able to accommodate cancellations or changes.

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Products purchased from ClassicJade are intended for personal use and not for commercial resale unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Section 4: Prices, Payment and Billing

All prices listed on our website are in Singapore Dollars, unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and availability may change without prior notice. The price payable is the price shown at the time your order is placed and confirmed.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or any other charges that may apply to international deliveries.

If ClassicJade is GST-registered, applicable GST will be reflected where required. If we are not GST-registered, GST will not be charged.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information for all purchases. You also confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

We are not responsible for delays or failed transactions caused by payment providers, banks, card issuers, or third-party payment platforms.

Section 5: Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to arrange shipping within the estimated delivery timeframe stated on our website or communicated to you.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, incomplete addresses, failed delivery attempts, peak periods, public holidays, or events outside our control.

For local Singapore deliveries, risk of loss or damage generally passes to you once the item has been successfully delivered to the address provided by you or received by your authorised representative.

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by you.

For international orders, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or clearance charges imposed by the destination country.

Section 6: Returns and Store Credit

Returns are accepted only in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

ClassicJade offers a 10-day appreciation period for eligible returns. Approved returns will be issued in the form of store credit only. We do not provide cash refunds unless required by applicable law.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, unaltered, and in the same condition as received. Items must also be returned in their original packaging.

Items that are damaged, scratched, altered, tampered with, or not returned in their original condition may not be accepted for return.

Customised, personalised, made-to-order, or specially sourced items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or do not conform to the agreed order.

Section 7: Product Certification and Customisation

Where available, independent certification may be arranged upon request and may be subject to additional fees, processing time, and the requirements of the relevant gemological institute.

Certification timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the availability and processing time of the certifying body.

For customised or bespoke pieces, you are responsible for confirming all design details, sizing, materials, and preferences before production begins. Once confirmed, customised orders may not be cancelled, changed, returned, or exchanged unless otherwise agreed by ClassicJade.

Section 8: Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, designs, layout, videos, and other materials, belongs to ClassicJade or our licensors.

You may access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, download, store, transmit, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.

ClassicJade’s name, logo, branding, product names, designs, and related materials must not be used without our permission.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, tools, platforms, policies, or services. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and may be subject to that third party’s own terms and policies.

ClassicJade is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and Services to you.

However, any purchase you make through our store is made directly with ClassicJade. Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by ClassicJade, nor for any issues, losses, damages, or claims arising from your purchase from us.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is a platform provider and not the seller of our products.

Section 11: Privacy and Personal Data

Your personal data will be collected, used, disclosed, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore.

We may collect personal data such as your name, contact details, delivery address, billing information, payment details, order history, and enquiry details to process orders, arrange delivery, respond to enquiries, provide customer support, improve our Services, and comply with legal obligations.

As our store is powered by Shopify and may use other third-party service providers, your personal data may be processed by Shopify and other partners, including service providers located outside Singapore, where necessary to operate our store and fulfil your order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
