During this period, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in exchange for store credit, which can be used towards your next purchase with us.
Please note that we are unable to provide cash refunds.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your request must be made within the 7-day appreciation period. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted once this period has passed.
The item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Not damaged, scratched, altered, or tampered with
- Returned in its original packaging
Items that are damaged or not returned in their original condition may not be accepted for return.
Store Credit
Once your return has been reviewed and accepted, store credit will be issued to you for your next purchase at ClassicJade.
