Where do you ship to?
We deliver to all of Singapore and other countries.

How much is delivery?
Free shipping for all Singapore orders. If you wish to ship internationally, please contact us and a quote will be provided to you as soon as possible.

How long will items take to reach me?
For Singapore customers, estimated 3-5 business days. A tracking number will be provided to you once the order has been packed and shipped.
For International customers, estimated 8-20 business days. Depending on location.

EXCHANGE / RETURNS

What is your exchange policy?
Online shopping in ClassicJade should be pleasant, hence we are providing all our valued customers with a 10 days appreciation period. Within this period, if you are not satisfied with the product, we provide returns for store credit. Please note that store credit will be given to you for your next purchase. We apologise that we are unable to do refunds.

How do I know if my purchase is eligible for return?
We accept returns for store credit. Returns can be done within 10 days of the appreciation period. Returns/Exchange will not be entertained once it is past the stipulated date. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the label intact.
