Jadeite is highly demanded and is exclusively sourced from Myanmar, formerly Burma, hence it is widely known as “Burmese Jade”. It is rich in heritage and widely believed to have spiritual meanings in the Chinese culture. Jade is believed to protect the person who wears it.
The head of the Ruyi is similar to that head of the Lingzhi (fungus of immortality), which represents good health and longevity. Ruyi, in chinese characters 如意 also implies “get what you wish”, symbolises good luck and wishes. This imperial green jade Ruyi pendant is of excellent quality.
